Be A Part Of Our Whole30 Group

Does your way of eating make you feel light, fully alive, alert, and pain free? In the true Suppers spirit of experimentation, we are forming a Whole30 group for people who are ready to start -- or just want to learn more -- about this 30-day dietary program that helps you identify the foods that are making you feel sluggish, bloated, and generally unwell.

There will be an information session on January 25 at Whole Earth Center, followed by cook aheads, lunches and dinners up through the first week of March. If you are interested in joining or observing, please contact Dor Mullen so that she can add you to the private Facebook page for this group, where participants will be sharing their experiences and observations.

The Whole30 Program is a time-limited diet during which you eliminate the foods that are most likely to cause inflammatory responses. People who have issues with their metabolism (such as diabetes), immune systems (such as RA), digestion, or cravings may find this to be a liberating, energizing experience. To do it right, you eat 100% “clean” for 30 days and then re-introduce foods in a thoughtful way so that you can identify which foods are causing issues such as bloating, pain, inflammation, and cravings. Whole30 compliant dishes include lots of vegetables, some fruit, and limited nuts with no grain, legume, dairy, alcohol, or processed foods.
