Ingredients

2 1⁄2 cups
almond meal
3
eggs
5 tablespoons
coconut oil
1⁄2
block of tofu
1⁄2 cup
almond milk
1⁄2 cup
coconut crystals
3⁄4 teaspoons
cinnamon
1⁄4 teaspoon
salt
1⁄2 cup
raisins
Yields:

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and stir until mixed. Pour batter into a greased pie plate and bake at 350°. Test for doneness by inserting knife. When it comes out dry it’s done.  (Recipe♦362)
