Facilitator Training

These training sessions are primarily for current facilitators. We learn about the research that led to the program design; the principles, boundaries and concepts of the program; and the counseling models that inform our facilitation style. We also troubleshoot the kinds of challenges and conflicts that come up at meetings as people learn to “work the program.”

Dor’s lunchtime facilitator meeting, Princeton (3rd Tuesday of the month)
12:00 - 1:45pm

Dor's dinner facilitator meeting, Princeton (2nd Wednesday of the month)
6:00 - 7:45pm

Prior to starting a meeting, new facilitators must complete a special, five-hour training session. It is an information-packed, lively and experiential program, and the materials are yours to keep. Before your first training, we suggest you review our How Will I Know When I'm Ready to Facilitate page.
