Romaine & Avocado Salad with Bacon Dressing

Ingredients

head of romaine lettuce (washed, dried and torn into bite-sized pieces)
2
avocados (peeled, pitted and cubed)
3 tablespoons
olive oil
3 slices
thick cut bacon (chopped)
1 clove
garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons
apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon
Dijon mustard
 
salt and feshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Place Romaine and avocado in a large salad bowl.

Heat olive oil in a saute pan, add bacon and cook to desired crispness. Remove from heat and whisk in remaining ingredients. Pour warm dressing over salad. Toss and serve.
