1head of romaine lettuce (washed, dried and torn into bite-sized pieces)
2avocados (peeled, pitted and cubed)
3 tablespoonsolive oil
3 slicesthick cut bacon (chopped)
1 clovegarlic (minced)
2 tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
1 teaspoonDijon mustard
Place Romaine and avocado in a large salad bowl.
Heat olive oil in a saute pan, add bacon and cook to desired crispness. Remove from heat and whisk in remaining ingredients. Pour warm dressing over salad. Toss and serve.
