Seven-Day Vegan Cleanse

Join our week-long group vegan cleanse, kicking off on Monday, April 24, 2017. Supper Facilitator Pat Palmer will moderate the group, and the cleanse will include only raw vegetables and fruits -- through juices, smoothies and salads. Try it for a week or a day or as long as feels right for you, up to a month. If you are not sure that eating only healthy, fresh, organic produce for seven days is a good experiment for you, please consult your health care provider. The cleanse is based on the “28-Day Detox Diet” described by health author Anthony William in the book “Medical Medium: Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal.”
