If what you’re doing to lose weight is not working, join Karen's meeting focused on different strategies and see if you can match your need to the right way of eating for you. We study various approaches to weight loss and maintenance and allow members to try on what makes sense for them in terms of their own biological individiuality.

Every 3rd Thursday, 11:30am to 1:30pm.

Karen is facilitator of the Weight Loss Strategies meeting as well as content contributor to Suppers in the form of handouts, worksheets, and articles. Karen sees Suppers as an empowering social experience that can (and does) spark profound individual transformation. She is also a Health Coach specializing in weight loss. She supports and guides people as they lose weight and enjoy healthier, happier lives. Her personal and professional motto is “Live well, your way.” Health Coaching and serving as a meeting facilitator with the Suppers Program are a fantastic compliment, as they both contribute to people truly living well, their way.
