apples (tart-Jonathan, Pink Lady, Stayman Winesap - skin on) 1⁄2 bunch
parsley (chopped) 3 tablespoons
coconut milk 1⁄4 teaspoon
cardamom (or to taste) 1⁄2 teaspoon

Instructions
Chop apples into 1/2 inch pieces. Add chopped parsley, pomegranate seeds, raisins, and almonds. Add lime juice and coconut milk. Sprinkle with cardamom and cumin and combine well. Adjust spices to taste.
