Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

2
large avocados (pitted)
1⁄2 cup
unsweetened cocoa
3 tablespoons
honey
5 drops
stevia (can use up to 10 drops)
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
instant coffee or espresso powder

Instructions

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor. Pour into a small serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
