Avocado Cilantro Dressing/Dip

A great way to absorb the benefits of naturally detoxifying cilantro, even if you're not a big fan of the herb by itself!

large avocado
fresh cilantro
1⁄4 cup
olive oil
2 tablespoons
water (thin to preference)
juice from small lime or lemon (to taste)
1 clove
garlic (large)
1 teaspoon
sea salt

Additional Notes

Add more water from dressing, or leave thick for a dip with chopped veggies or a spread. Delicious on just about anything! 


In a blender or food processor combine ingredients for dressing until smooth. Store in fridge for 5-7 days.  (Recipe #151)
