1 canfull fat coconut milk (refrigerated)
2avocados (previously peeled and pitted, then cubed and frozen)
1⁄2 cuplime juice (from about 5 limes)
1 tablespoonlime zest
1 tablespoonvanilla extract
10 dropsliquid stevia (more to taste, up to 20 drops)
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides a few times to get a smooth texture.Keep in freezer until ready to serve. Best to serve same day as made.
