1 canfull fat coconut milk (refrigerated)
2avocados (peeled and pitted, then cubed and frozen for at least 2 hours)
1⁄2 cuplime juice (from about 5 limes)
1 tablespoonlime zest
1 tablespoonvanilla extract
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides a few times to get a smooth texture.
Keep in freezer until ready to serve. Best to serve same day as made. (Recipe♦155)
