water
3 ounces
nut, hemp seed or rice milk (unsweetened)
1⁄2
avocado
2 teaspoons
organic almond butter
1 pinch
sea salt
1 tablespoon
ground flax seeds (optional)
 
sweetener to taste (stevia or coconut nectar; optional)
1 tablespoon
carob or raw cacao powder (optional)
Yields:
large serving
