Beginner Smoothie 2

Ingredients

kale leaves, stems removed
1⁄2 cup
coconut milk
1
lime (juiced)
1
banana (frozen if possible; if not, add 2 ice cubes)
1
pear or apple (cut into chunks)
1⁄2
avocado
1 tablespoon
almond butter or handful of almonds

Instructions

Place kale leaves in high speed blender and blend with the milk and lime juice until you can only see very small green bits, less than 30 seconds. Add banana, pear/apple and avocado while blender is still running. Add almonds/almond butter and process until smooth. Add more coconut milk, or just cold water, if you want it thinner.
