Carol's Paleo Banana Bread

Ingredients

bananas
1 cup
almond butter
1 cup
almond flour
2
eggs
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1 teaspoon
baking soda

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. 

In a bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add the almond butter, almond flour, and eggs, combining everything well. Add the baking powder and baking soda and combine well.

Bake in a small, greased loaf pan for 35 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.  (Recipe♦237)
