2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
4skinless, boneless chicken thighs or breasts (large breasts need to be pounded)
Mix oil, vinegar, tamari and honey, add chicken and marinate for 5-10 minutes. Heat skillet over medium flame and add chicken and marinade. Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Check for doneness. Serve with marinade as a sauce.
