Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

Haas avocados (pitted and peeled)
6
dates (pitted, more as needed)
5 tablespoons
cocoa powder (more as needed)
1⁄4 cup
almond milk (more as needed)
1 cup
blueberries or raspberries (for garnish)

Instructions

Put all the ingredients except the berries into a high speed blender and blend until smooth (requires tamper if using Vitamix). Taste. Add more cocoa, dates and/or almond milk as necessary. Refrigerate. Best when served several hours later or the next day. Serve garnished with blueberries or raspberries.
