1 cupsliced almonds (roasted)
1 cupgolden raisins
5apples (tart - Jonathan, Pink Lady or Stayman-Winesap)
1⁄2 bunchparsley (chopped)
3 tablespoonscoconut milk
Chop apples into 1/2 inch pieces. Add chopped parsley. Add pomegranate seeds, raisins and almonds. Mix lime juice and coconut milk and add to the apple mixture. Sprinkle with cardamom and cumin to taste.
