Coconut Blender Smoothie

Ingredients

2 tablespoons
full fat coconut milk

banana
1⁄2 cup
mixed berries

peach (cut into chunks)

pineapple wedge
1⁄2 cup
pumpkin puree or cooked sweet potato (can be in place of one of the fruits)
1 dash
cinnamon
2 tablespoons
protein powder from egg, whey or rice sources (should total over 20 grams of protein)
1 tablespoon
powdered green foods (or to taste; optional)
1 teaspoon
nutritional yeast (or to taste; optional)
2 tablespoons
flax seeds (optional)
 
fresh ginger or mint (to taste; optional)
Yields:

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender. Add water or ice for a thinner consistency.
