Dandelion, Jicama and Orange Prebiotic Salad

Ingredients

jicama (diced - or use a can of water chestnuts)
1⁄2 bunch
dandelion greens (chopped)
3
oranges (peeled and chopped)
2 tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons
balsamic vinegar (more to taste)
 
salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Combine jicama, greens and oranges. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently and serve.  (Recipe♦358)
