This recipe is adapted from The “Clean” Program's Euro Nut Smoothie.
1 tablespoonvanilla extract
2medjool dates (pitted)
2 tablespoonsraw cacao powder
2 tablespoonsalmond butter (or any nut butter you like)
1 tablespoonground flax seeds
1 tablespooncoconut oil
1frozen banana (optional; if you include the banana, omit one or both dates)
Process the ingredients until smooth, and serve.
