Dessert Smoothie

This recipe is adapted from The “Clean” Program's Euro Nut Smoothie. 

Ingredients

1 tablespoon
vanilla extract

medjool dates (pitted)
2 tablespoons
raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons
almond butter (or any nut butter you like)
1 tablespoon
ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon
coconut oil
1
ice cubes
1
frozen banana (optional; if you include the banana, omit one or both dates)
 
unsweetened coconut milk (enough to get desired consistency)
Yields:
serving

Instructions

Process the ingredients until smooth, and serve.
