A quick, healthy, Whole30 or Paleo treat for a cold winter's night.
Cut the apple and pear into bite-sized pieces. Place in a saucepan with the mixed berries and spices over medium-low heat. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan (approximately 1/4 to 1/2 cup). Cover and warm fro 15 - 20 minutes. Serve warm. Refrigerates well and microwaves quickly for the next day.
