Ingredients

ground flax seeds
3⁄4 cups
water (or as needed for consistency)
2 cups
carrot pulp
2 cups
sunflower seeds (ground)
1 cup
celery (finely minced)
3⁄4 cups
onion (finely minced)
1⁄4 cup
parsley (finely minced)
1⁄4 cup
red pepper (finely minced)
4 teaspoons
liquid aminos
Yields:

Instructions

 Massage the ingredients together and form the mixture into balls or patties.  Serves about 10.
