Gluten Free Banana Almond Bread Pudding

Ingredients

3 cups
almond flour
1⁄2 cup
coconut oil
3
large bananas (mashed)
1⁄4 cup
chia seeds (soaked in 3/4 cup water)
1 cup
raisins (soaked and drained)
2 tablespoons
agave
2 teaspoons
almond extract
  pinch
salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 2 pie pans.

Mix all ingredients togerther and pour into greased pans. Bake for 35 mins.

Serve warm, topped with sliced bananas  (Recipe♦436)
