Grapefruit and Fig Salad

Ingredients

 
mixed greens (arugula, young kale, spinach, dandelion)
1 tablespoon
pumpkin seeds
1⁄2
grapefruit (peeled and segmented)
2
figs
1
green onion (thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon
olive oil
2 teaspoons
vinegar (cider or white wine)
 
salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss and serve.
