1 1⁄2 bunchspinach
1head Bibb lettuce
1 bunchgreen onions (green parts only, minced)
2springs fresh mint (minced)
4red radishes (minced)
Scoop avocado into balls with a melon baller. Clean and chop the greens. Combine all ingredients and toss with lemon and Braggs Aminos or tamari.
