Mix with salad greens or cooked grain such as brown rice or quinoa.
3 Tminced red onion
3 Tolive oil
2 TDijon mustard
1 Tagave nectar (or 5 drops stevia and 1 TBS water for low carb version)
1⁄2 tsea salt
Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender until creamy. Taste to adjust seasonings.
