Lemon Mustard Salad Dressing

Mix with salad greens or cooked grain such as brown rice or quinoa.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons
minced red onion
1 clove
garlic

lemon, juiced
3 tablespoons
olive oil
2 tablespoons
Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon
agave nectar (or 5 drops stevia and 1 TBS water for low carb version)
1⁄2 teaspoon
sea salt

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender until creamy. Taste to adjust seasonings.
