Lemon Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients

tarragon

fresh chives or parsley
2 cloves
garlic
2 tablespoons
vinegar (light flavored)
1
lemon, juiced
6 tablespoons
walnut or olive oil
 
salt (if permitted)
 
water as needed to thin dressing

Instructions

Pull off the leaves from the tarragon sprigs, and blend with remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender. The mixture will be thick and creamy. Drizzle in a bit of water while processing to bring it to the consistency you desire.
