Mango Mint Frappe

Prepare this a day ahead, because you'll need to freeze the banana and mango.

Ingredients

bananas (peeled, chopped and frozen)

mangoes (peeled, chopped and frozen)

ripe avocados

lime (juiced)
1 handful
fresh mint
2 tablespoons
agave nectar (optional, omit for Whole30)

tray of ice cubes
 
coconut water (as needed for consistency)
 
cacao nibs (for garnish)

Instructions

Place everything into a high speed blender and process. Slowly drizzle in coconut water as needed to make the consistency creamy but still thick. Serve in individual dishes or glasses, and garnish with cacao nibs.
