No-Bean Zucchini Hummus

This hummus is thinner than the typical hummus texture, making it great for a salad dressing or dip.

Ingredients

zucchinis, chopped
3⁄4 cups
tahini
1⁄4 cup
olive oil
4 cloves
garlic
 
lemon juice (optional)
1 teaspoon
sea salt (or to taste)
1⁄4 teaspoon
ground cumin (or to taste)
Yields:

Instructions

Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.  (Recipe #593)
