1⁄2 bunchfresh cilantro (chopped)
1⁄2 cupred onion (chopped)
1red pepper (chopped)
1ginger (or to taste, finely grated)
1 teaspoonagave nectar or honey
2 tablespoonsolive oil
Mix the citrus juices with the olive oil, ginger, agave/honey, and salt to taste. Toss with the chopped ingredients. Serve with black beans, grilled meats or baked fish.
