Plum Salsa

Ingredients

plums (chopped)
1⁄2 bunch
fresh cilantro (chopped)
1⁄2 cup
red onion (chopped)

red pepper (chopped)

lime (juiced)

lemon (juiced)

ginger (or to taste, finely grated)
1 teaspoon
agave nectar or honey
2 tablespoons
olive oil
 
salt (to taste)

Instructions

Mix the citrus juices with the olive oil, ginger, agave/honey, and salt to taste. Toss with the chopped ingredients. Serve with black beans, grilled meats or baked fish.  (Recipe #636)
