Pluot & Pomegranate Salsa

Ingredients

pluots (if using plums instead, use 4 firm ones) (chopped)

orange or red bell pepper (chopped)
1⁄3 bunch
fresh cilantro (chopped)

pomegranate (seeded)
1 tablespoon
olive oil

lime (juiced)
3⁄4
piece of ginger (finely grated)
1 dash
salt

Instructions

Combine the pluots/plums, peppers, cilantro and pomegranate seeds. Blend with remaining ingredients, making sure the ginger is well distributed. Serve with grilled meats or to garnish a bean stew.   (Recipe #637)
