1⁄2head of red cabbage
1⁄2 cupfigs (chopped)
1 tablespoongomasio (toasted sesame seeds can also be used)
2 tablespoonssesame oil
1⁄3 cupextra virgin olive oil
Shred the carrots and cabbage in a processor. Place in a bowl and toss with the gomasio/sesame seeds and chopped figs. Blend the lemon and orange juices with the oils, and add salt to taste. Combine with salad and serve immediately.
