Grill: make 4 patties and grill 6-8 minutes on each side to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Pan fry: Make 8 patties. Heat a frying pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Brown patties 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat, until firm to touch. Store leftovers in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator up to 5 days, or freeze.
