1 canAlaskan red salmon, flaked (large can)
4hard-boiled eggs (peeled and mashed)
4stalks celery (minced)
1⁄4 cupred onion (minced)
3 tablespoonsfresh herbs such as parsley, chives and thyme (to taste)
1 dashhot pepper sauce
Combine the salmon, eggs, celery, red onion and herbs. Whisk the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and cracked pepper together. Add hot sauce, if desired. Blend and taste to see if it wants a little more oil.
