1sweet pepper (orange, yellow, purple or green)
7radishes (long, thin variety are a good choice, if available)
1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1⁄2 teaspoonsea salt (or to taste)
Julienne all vegetables using a food processor. Whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, oil and salt. Toss with the salad and serve.
