Strawberry Tangelo Salsa

Ingredients

1 quart
strawberries (cut in quarters)

tangelos (peeled, seeded and diced)
1
piece of ginger (grated fine)

lime (juiced)
2 tablespoons
olive oil (or more to taste)
1 pinch
salt (or more to taste)

Instructions

Combine the fruit, ginger and lime juice. Toss with olive oil and salt. Taste, adjust seasonings and serve.
