Sunflower Seed Pate with Lime & Chili

Ingredients

raw sunflower seeds (soaked about 4 hours in water, and drained)

jalapeno pepper, chopped

sun-dried tomatoes (soaked in water until soft)
2 cloves
garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons
lime juice
1⁄2 cup
fresh cilantro leaves
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt

scallion, minced

Instructions

Place all ingredients, except scallions, into the bowl of the food processor with the S blade and process until it forms a smooth pate. Garnish with scallions.
