Sweet Green Smoothie

Ingredients

kale leaves (stems removed)

spinach leaves

nuts (we used soaked almonds)
1⁄2 cup
flax seeds

large plums (chopped)

frozen bananas (broken into pieces)
2 cups
unsweetened coconut milk

piece of ginger (chopped)

apple (chopped)
2 teaspoons
agave nectar

dried figs or pitted medjool dates

lime (juiced)
5 drops
stevia (or to taste, if desired)

Instructions

Combine the ingredients in a high powered blender. Use more coconut milk or water to achieve desired consistency. (You can leave it thick and eat it like pudding with a spoon.)
