1⁄4 cupfrozen mango chunks
1⁄4 cupfrozen peach wedges
1⁄2sweet potato (cook ahead of time)
1⁄2 cupcoconut milk
1orange juice (optional)
Put frozen fruit and milk in blender and let fruit soften for a couple minutes. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth, adding more coconut milk or cold water if needed for desired consistency.
