Melt coconut oil in large pan over medium heat. Saute garlic and onion for a few minutes. Add the celery, cinnamon, salt and pepper and saute for a few more minutes. Add ground turkey and saute, stirring occasionally until the turkey is cooked.Add remaining vegetables, ginger, parsley and salsa.Cook for about 10 or so minutes until all the vegetables are tender. Adjust seasonings to taste.
