16leaves (like Romaine lettuce, or collards)
2broccoli seed sprouts (or other delicate sprout)
2 cupsraw nuts (soaked 2 hours and chopped fine)
1 cupdried apricots (minced)
2mangoes (diced small)
3 tablespoonscoconut oil (or more to taste)
1 cupbasil (shredded; Preferably Thai basil)
Pull the sprouts apart and combine by hand with the other ingredients. Roll in leaf wraps. Dress with a dollop or a drizzle of Sweet Avocado Dressing.
