1 packagewild rice (cooked according to directions)
1⁄4 cupchopped red onion
1fresh herbs (chives, parsley, garlic chives or cilantro)
1⁄2 cupwalnuts (chopped)
1yellow pepper (chopped)
4 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar (sweetens, add more to taste)
Cook rice and let cool. Combine with onion, herbs, walnuts and yellow pepper. Blend the oil, vinegar, and salt, and toss with the salad.
