Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients

1 1⁄4 cup
almond flour
1⁄4 cup
Valrhona cocoa powder
1⁄4 teaspoon
salt
1⁄2 teaspoon
baking soda
2
eggs
2 tablespoons
coconut oil
1⁄4 cup
honey
1 tablespoon
vanilla extract
3 drops
stevia
3⁄4 cups
grated zucchini

Instructions

In a food processor, mix together all ingredients except for the zucchini. Once you have a smooth mixture, fold in the zucchini. Pour into a muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
