If what you’re doing to lose weight is not working, join Karen's meeting focused on different strategies and see if you can match your need to the right way of eating for you. We study various approaches to weight loss and maintenance and allow members to try on what makes sense for them in terms of their own biological individiuality.
Karen's Thursday Lunch for Weight Loss Strategies is held every third Thursday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. The fee per person averages $13, but varies because of the price for certain ingredients.
