Desserts & Baked Goods
We used this recipe at a public event where it was important to not make a crumbling mess. We served 130 people and it was the easiest clean up after cornbread we’d ever seen. It adapted well to multiple batches on large sheet cake trays.
The Suppers menu does not provide for much in the way of dessert because we avoid refined foods. Here is one exception: delicious “cookies” made by blending finely chopped dried fruits and nuts. These are extremely sweet, a treat.
