Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

banana (frozen if possible; if not, add 2 ice cubes)
1⁄2 cup
coconut milk
1 tablespoon
almond butter (or handful of almonds)
1⁄2 cup
plain Greek yoghurt
1 dash
cinnamon
1 dash
nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

Process all ingredients together in high speed blender until smooth.
