1 boxarugula (6 oz)
2 clovesgarlic (chopped)
1⁄3 cuppine nuts
1 handfulmixed fresh herbs (optional)
1⁄2 cupolive oil
1⁄2 teaspoonsalt (if permitted)
1⁄4 cupparmesan cheese (if dairy is permitted)
Process the pine nuts until coarse. Process together all ingredients. Serve a small dollop with salmon burgers or veggie burgers.
