1Haas avocado (ripe)
1 cupfrozen blackberries or other berries
1 teaspoonlemon juice (to taste)
1⁄2 canfull fat coconut milk (15-oz. can)
Cut avocados and bananas into 1-inch pieces and freeze both for 2-3 hours. Once frozen, combine with remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth, adding water as needed for desired consistency. Serve immediately.
