Avocado & Berry Ice Cream

Ingredients

Haas avocado (ripe)

bananas
1 cup
frozen blackberries or other berries
  pinch
salt
1 teaspoon
lemon juice (to taste)
1⁄2 can
full fat coconut milk (15-oz. can)

Instructions

Cut avocados and bananas into 1-inch pieces and freeze both for 2-3 hours. Once frozen, combine with remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth, adding water as needed for desired consistency. Serve immediately.
