Avocado Lime Kiwi Smoothie


1 can
coconut milk (15 oz can)
1 cup
fresh lime juice
ripe avocado (cut in chunks)
frozen cucumber (cut in 1-inch chunks)
medium ripe kiwi (cut in chunks)
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
nutmeg, cinnamon, turmeric (each to taste)
Peruvian lime seasoning or chili powder (optional, to taste)
small servings


Place all ingredients in a blender and whip until smooth. For a full breakfast, add some protein powder along with some greens, such as spinach or kale. For a low carb version, omit the kiwi and add a few drops of stevia.Note: One medium kiwi has 11g carbs (2 fiber). This is half of the carbs of an equivalent amount of banana, and 1/5 the carbs of an equivalent amount of dates.
