Ingredients

For Spicy:
2
large sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon
olive oil
1 teaspoon
paprika
1 teaspoon
cayenne or ground red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon
garlic powder
1⁄2 teaspoon
sea salt
1⁄2 teaspoon
arrowroot powder (it helps the fries crisp up)

For Sweet:
2
large sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon
coconut oil
1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon
arrowroot powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, then lay them on the flat side and cut into 1/4" wide slices. Put the fries in a big bowl.

In a small bowl or cup, mix the oil with the spices and arrowroot powder. Pour over potatoes and gently mix well with your hands being careful not to break the potato slices. Place them on a baking sheet ensuring there's space around each fry. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn potatoes. Bake for another 5 - 10 minutes until cirspy, but not burnt.  (Recipe♦188)
