1 bunchtops of very fresh carrots
1⁄2 cuppacked basil leaves
1 clovegarlic (chopped)
1⁄4 cupraw nuts, such as almonds (coarsely chopped)
2 ouncesgoat feta
1⁄2 cupolive oil
Combine the ingredients in a food processor, starting with three tablespoons of olive oil. Process and add olive oil as needed to get the desired consistency. Use as you would any pesto.
